Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Best for when you need your gear quickly
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Great for non-urgent orders

Note: We currently don’t ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If something isn’t right, follow our simple return process:

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request

    Email our rider-support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

    • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
    • Body:
      • Your order number
      • Item(s) you’re returning
      • Reason for return (size issue, defective, changed mind, etc.)
      • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  2. Receive Your Return Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

  3. Ship Your Return

    Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories. For US customers, use the provided return label. International customers will receive specific shipping instructions.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

    We’ll process your request within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Refund Details

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom products from our Build A Bar Workshop (made-to-order items)
  • Harness Accessories that have been opened or used
  • HitchSafe safety systems showing signs of use
  • Any products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Follow the standard return process and specify your exchange preference. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
