Our products are designed for riders who demand quality and performance on the water.
Product Questions
I’m new to hydrofoiling – what equipment do I need to start?
We recommend starting with our Essentials section which includes beginner-friendly hydrofoil boards and kites. Our Build A Bar Workshop can also help you assemble the perfect setup. Feel free to contact our rider-staff for personalized recommendations based on your skill level and local conditions.
How do I choose between inflatable kites and foil kites?
Inflatable kites (found in our Inflatable Kites section) are great for most conditions and easier for beginners. Foil kites (in our Foil Kites section) offer superior performance in light winds but require more skill. Consider your local wind conditions and experience level when choosing.
Do you offer complete hydrofoil packages?
Yes! Check our Hydrofoil Boards and Hydrofoil Foils sections for complete setups. Many of our hydrofoil products can be purchased as complete systems or customized through our Control Bars and Hardware sections.

How are fragile items like boards packaged?
We treat every shipment like our own gear heading out for a session. Boards and foils ship in reinforced packaging, kites are carefully folded with protective layers, and hardware components are securely fastened. We use water-resistant materials when appropriate.
What about customs and import fees?
While we handle the shipping, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery estimates don’t include potential customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You may return unused items in original condition within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
